Quality Assurance & Packaging

We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition. Additionally, all orders are packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to process returns for sizing issues or personal preferences.

We only accept exchanges for defective items. Any damage caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer is not covered by Desired Deviance.

Return Procedure

If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order details.
2. Complete the return request form, specifying the item and the nature of the defect.
3. Once we receive your request, we will review it as quickly as possible.
4. If approved, you will receive a return authorization form via email, along with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Timeline & Shipping Costs

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you do not incur delivery costs.
• All returns must be sent directly to our warehouse for processing.
• We will honor freight and warranty charges for defective items.
